So it’s day three of cooking with a broken wrist, and this recipe is back with flavour it’s so good! Once again I am cooking this all in one pan, in this case a wok so very little washing up is required!

What ingredients do I need?
The below ingredients will serve two people:

400g of turkey strips
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 – 1.5 cups of basmati rice
1 red chilli and 1 green chilli
A couple of shakes of cumin seeds
3 tea spoons of ground coriander
1 tea spoon of coriander leaf
1 table spoon of paprika
1 table spoon of mild chilli powder
1/2 table spoon of garlic granules
1 table spoon of ground cumin
2 teaspoons of ground gloves
2 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 tablespoon of salt

I’ve got those ingredients, what do I need to do?

First start by placing your turkey breast strips into a wok with your cooking oil. Once white all over add the rice, for 1 minute just cook in the oil and juices from the turkey to crispen the rice a bit, then add enough water to cover it.

Next shop those chillies and place them in the mix and continue to cook and stir for another 2 minutes letting the flavours come through.

Next add all the spices and salt, add a few at a time and keep stirring and cooking after adding each one, once all are added continue stirring and cooking for another 2 minutes.

And then you’re ready to serve and enjoy!

Yum
