Nate’s Carnivores Minced Beef Recipe

So i’ve invented a new dish which i’ve called carnivores minced beef where i’m basically treating minced meet as a pizza base, this dish has chorizo, pancetta, smoked paprika, egg and mozzarella among other ingredients – doesn’t that sound good? This dish certainly doesn’t win any prices for healthy eating, but we’ve gotta have treats right?

Let’s get to the recipe…

What ingredients do I need?

The following will serve 2:
3 table spoons of cooking oil
250g of minced beef
1 chorizo sausage slice (approx 110g)
3 table spoons of smoked paprika
1 tea spoon of garlic powder
2 tea spoons of onion granules
1 tea spoon of ground parsley
1 egg
6 table spoons of mozzarella (or more, you can never go wrong with more cheese right?)
4 rashers of pancetta

Great i’ve got those ingredients, what do I need to do?

Start by putting you cooking oil on your pan, then add you minced beef and put on a medium high heat, keep cooking while stirring until all minced beef is mostly brown. While cooking and stirring add your smoked paprika, garlic powder and onion granules.

  

 

Once the meat is brown add the chorizo, pancetta and parsley, cook for another 3 minutes, keep stirring during this time.

  

Add your cheese, scatter it around and then crack an egg on top.

Place the pan into the oven for 10 minutes at 200C

After that time you’re ready to serve and enjoy, feel free to add more parsley or even some chilli flakes on top to garnish.
