Nate’s Honey-Garlic & Crab Baked Salmon Recipe

print
I’m breaking convention and having fish on Thursday rather than Friday, who wants to follow a crowd right? And this isn’t just any fish, baked salmon topped with honey, garlic and crab! Nom nom nom! Before I write anymore nom’s let me get straight to the recipe!

What ingredients do I need?

For the fish (per person)
Approx 200g of salmon fillets (2 fillets)
2 table spoon of honey
1 tea spoon of garlic powder
25g of brown crab meat
2 teaspoons dried parsely

For the noodles (per person)

80g of soba noodle per person
1 table spoon of chilli powder
1 table spoon of paprika
25g of brown crab meat

Great I have those ingredients what do I need to do?

First get out a baking tray and either cover in spray fat, or in tin foil and then place your salmon filets on top. Put a table spoon of honey on each fillet, then rub that into the fish. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of garlic powder on each fillet and approx 12g of crab meat on each filet. Lastly for this step cover the toppings across the whole of the fish.

Place that in the oven at 200C for 15 minutes, once placed in the oven put your soba noodles into a saucepan of water at a medium high heat. Cook these until fully soft, then strain the water away.

Once strained add back onto the hob but this time at a low heat, add the paprika, chilli powder and crab and mix well.

The noodles should be finished roughly the same time as the salmon, so now it’s just a matter of serving and enjoying!
